Vestry Notes ....
Due to lack of quorum, an informal Vestry meeting has held on Sunday, July 10th. The Treasurer's and Secretary's reports were read and accepted. The training course for Safeguarding God's Children must be completed by all Vestry and committee members by August. The Diocesan Convention is to be held on October 8 and 9. Archie and Harriet agreed to be delegates with Jane and Doug as alternates. November 12 and 13 the Happening will be held at Kirby House. Brianna Burford would like to attend and will ask fellow Acolyte Shawn Weyhenmeyer to join her. It was agreed that Brianna could take a friend. Due to a family funeral, Father Dan will not be at church the last Sunday in July. We will have a healing service the first and last Sundays in August. The meeting was closed with the Lord's Prayer.
